Wow it has been a long time since I have updated the blog! A lot of changes have been happening not only with Fiddle + Drum but with my life as well! Christmas was nuts, as Christmas always is, I took a trip to Mexico with some girlfriends for my best friend's bachelorette, we got a puppy, and we moved!
Fiddle + Drum has been busier than ever, which is amazing and I am so thankful for each and every one of my clients and forever grateful for their patience when my turn around isn't quite as fast as it used to be.
So alas, here are the long put off photos from Christie + Matt's winter elopement in the mountains. They got married on the 28th of December, and for anyone who lives in the area knows that right at Christmas we got dumped on by snow. The roads were horrible but as soon as I got to the destination, I was so thankful for that beautiful white stuff. It took these photos to the next level and made it seem even more like a fairy tale.
Christie wore this blush dress which I swooned over as soon as she took it out of the bag. Matt's groomsmen were his two brothers and the whole affair was so incredibly intimate and beautiful. I am so thankful for every couple, but especially when the wedding is so small that they trust me to capture their very closest friends and family.
The wedding was held in Lake Louise, Alberta at the Deer Lodge Hotel. The food was divine, the venue so cozy, and the mountains breathtaking. Enjoy.
