This shoot was a year in the making. And somehow, all of the stars aligned and it turned out exactly how I imagined, if not better. You may recognize the couple - my previous clients and good friends Ben and Brittany agreed to do this session with me and I couldn't have asked for better models. I had some of my favorite vendors contribute to the shoot. Incredible Florist Group provided the most incredible bouquet, floral headpiece and boutonniere. They were amazing to work with and I gave them ideas but left the artistic freedom to them and did they ever deliver! The hair and makeup was provided by one of my very favorite artists who I have worked with on numerous occasions at many different weddings. Not only is she so sweet and easy to work with, you does such an unreal job on my clients; Candice from Eyecandi Beauty. She is a magician and if you are ever looking for a hair and makeup artist, she is your girl. And last but not least the gorgeous hand painted denim jacket was done by a good friend of mine from high school, Carleen Grendus. Again, so amazing to work with, bringing so many ideas to the board and taking total artistic freedom and delivering such a beautiful product. I couldn't have been happier with how the jacket turned out. The gorgeous gown Britt is wearing is actually her gown from BHLDN.
Thank you again to everyone who made this shoot a reality. You guys are all the best. And seriously, if anyone ever wants to shoot at a carnival again, I am in 100%.
