Chantale + Keith - 07.20.19

November 25, 2019

This wedding was out of a dream. I know I've said that before, but wow you guys. This wedding was English Tea Party themed. It was held on the brides parents property outside of Okotoks and I have had countless people ask me what venue this was after posting some of their pictures. Unfortunately, not rent-able haha!

Keith got ready at his parents home with his groomsmen and family while Chantale got ready at her parents home where the wedding would take place surrounded by her sisters and parents. I met Chantale while my amazing second shooter Ashley Lazette took the photos of the groom. We all met at the property for their first look and their family photos before the ceremony started.

The ceremony was held right on the veranda behind Chantale's parents home. The arch was decorated so beautifully and a friend of the couple was playing guitar and singing as everyone walked down the aisle. He also played at the reception and was seriously unreal. The couple exchanged vows with their loved ones looking on and supporting them. It was so beautifully intimate and sweet for these two high school sweethearts.

The reception was held in a beautiful canvas tent and lucky they had planned ahead because in the middle of the reception there was a complete downpour on the tent. All of the tiny details were done by the couple and their friends and family. The different tables were labeled by different types of tea and each setting had a beautiful unique tea cup and saucer.

True Spirits Portable Bar was in the cutest trailer just outside of the tent and it added such a sweet touch to this wedding. Oh, did I mention  they had a food truck do their catering? Soul Kitchen made some amazing BBQ that everyone enjoyed. Seriously, dreams.

Their wedding cake was made by the brides' twin sister Melanie and the bride herself made the other beautiful desserts at the table. After the speeches the couple played the shoe game and lead into the first dance which was, wait for it, CHOREOGRAPHED. It was amazing all around and I can't stress enough how much this wedding reflected this incredible couple. I love when weddings are unique to the couple, it makes it all so much more meaningful.

I am so thankful to have been apart of this magical day. Congratulations again C+K!
